SHRM 2011 is almost here and, in preparation for the occasion, the halls at Monster are abuzz with activity and last minute preparations before we head to Las Vegas. In advance of that, we wanted to share with you a brief look at what we’re doing at SHRM this year.
Most of all, we’re really looking forward to connecting and engaging with customers and thought leaders to discuss the latest trends and hot button issues for HR professionals across the country.
And, if you’re not able to attend SHRM this year, please do check back with us here at MonsterThinking for periodic updates from the show floor.
Within the Monster booth (#866), we’ll be unveiling new and innovative solutions to help employers source, match, and manage candidates. It’s an opportunity to see our latest technology and tools in action, tools that help employers better connect with the best talent – faster and more precisely than ever before.
In addition to what we’ll be demonstrating at SHRM, here are a few other activations you can see if you visit us in the booth:
The Monster Candidate Match Game Show is back by popular demand. This multi-player, computer-based, interactive experience is a fun and educational way to bring our customers up to speed on Monster’s solutions. Everyone who plays the game receives one of our always-in-demand plush Trumps; and everyone who wins receives a large plush Trump. Winners are also entered into a raffle to wine an iPad2 plus Monster-branded sleeve. We’ll be giving one iPad2 away each day of SHRM.
We’ll also have the multi-touch wall in the booth. This interactive touch wall will give attendees a chance to launch an experience. The interactive touch wall will showcase our 6Sense semantic search technology in action, plus our growing family of mobile apps and other soon-to-be launched products, too.
Within the booth, we’ll also have 8 workstations equipped with touchscreen technology, 3 mobile apps stations for employers to test drive all of our mobile apps, and one veteran’s demo area – this is where employers actively hiring veteran’s can swing by to check out our newest offering specifically for vets looking for employment (more on this to come).
In addition to all that we’re doing in and around the booth, we’ll be hosting a few exclusive private events for our customers. If you’re a customer of ours and you’re attending SHRM this year, please reach out to your sales rep for more details if you haven’t done so already. We’d love to have you.
With that said, we’re thrilled to be an integral part of SHRM this year and are looking forward to catching up with customers, partners and thought leaders while we’re there.
If you aren’t attending SHRM but want to follow the action, we’ll be blogging throughout the week and tweeting even more frequently than that.
