Alex Putman, director of global talent acquisition at Case-Mate, says that candidate experience is an extension of marketing, HR, sales and the rest of the company.
Putman and his team built up Case-Mate’s talent acquisition web application from the ground up, which had both its up and downs. They were able to build the application program with the features they needed, including a high level attention to the candidate experience.

I agree that building your talent acquisition process from the ground up is preferable to changing an existing less than optimal process. What were some of the steps you took to developing the talent acquisition process?
