Inside HR: Renee Haynes on the Growth of Wellness Programs

Wellness programs are  vital element of the federal government’s effort to compete with the private sector in recruiting top talent these days, says Renee Haynes, a program manager with the Defense Security Corporation. “To compete with private industry, you definitely have to have a really good wellness program,” she told Monster at the Society for Human Resource Management’s 2012 conference.
