Yesterday, I had the privilege of being part of the selection committee for the new head blogger for Alicia Keys’ new site, “I Am A Superwoman.” The site’s aim is simple yet audacious – creating a destination to inspire women every day. And while I’m not a woman, I have been inspired.

Alicia Keys Has a Monster Challenge

Admittedly I am not a Super Woman, but that doesn’t make me any less excited to announce our newest customer – Alicia Keys. Alicia has come to Monster.com for help in finding the right match as she searches for the head blogger of her forthcoming website IAAS.com (aka I Am A Super Woman). The process to apply for this exciting and prominent position at Alicia’s company kicks off today.

Most employers are swamped with resumes so imagine Alicia’s challenge with this job. When she came to us it was clear that we’d get to see the real power of our 6Sense Semantic Search technology to quickly sift through the massive talent pool to find the top candidates. That’s the easy part. We’ll also work with Alicia to help her evaluate the candidates from there but stay tuned as I’ll certainly have more on that in a future post.
